How we handle your details

Francesca is a hi-fi listening bar and coffee house being built in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, by Daniela Francesca. This page explains, in plain English, what this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you enter it in the “Request the deck” form. That is the only thing the form asks for.
- Your email address and whatever you write, if you email us at hi@daniela.love.
That is all. There are no accounts, no payments and no other forms on this site.
Why
To send you the investor materials you asked for (the deck, the financial model, a private walkthrough), to reply to you, and to send occasional updates as Francesca comes together. No spam.
Where it is kept
This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site and filter out spam.
List sign-ups may later be moved to an email service such as Mailchimp so we can send updates. We do not sell or trade your details.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, write to hi@daniela.love and we will take care of it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not save anything in your browser.
The site’s fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Jost) are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them, which means Google sees your IP address. Links to other sites, such as daniela.love or throughthestars.co, are covered by those sites’ own policies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
